These delivery terms apply to all customers. Customers located within the European Union are protected by applicable EU consumer law. For customers located outside the European Union, delivery is provided under international shipping terms as outlined below.
Delivery Areas & Time
We deliver to many addresses across Europe, Asia, Great Britain, America and Australia.
For customers in Denmark, the estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days from order confirmation. For EU and international customers, the estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, peak periods, customs procedures, or external factors beyond Cloud Studios’ control.
All orders placed before 12PM (12:00) CET/CEST are shipped same day.
Free Shipping
Indulge in complimentary shipping and returns on every order. Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other local charges are not included unless explicitly stated. Cloud Studios is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by unpaid customs charges.
Delivery Methods
We partner with trusted courier services such as GLS, PostNord and UPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your address.
Pre-Orders at Cloud Studios
When placing a pre-order at Cloud Studios, you reserve a product that is not yet in stock. Payment is charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise is stated. The estimated delivery time is specified in the product description but may vary due to external factors. In case of delays, you will be notified via email. By completing a pre-order, you accept our terms and conditions.
